Blooming Leopold Spring/Summer 2012

If you remember, last October, when Amanda and I traveled to Atlanta to model for Silent Sunday's Autumn/Winter lookbook, then you might understand the excitement that is this post. Rhiannon's incredibly talented sister, Lauren, asked us to model her hand-made line for the warmer months. In addition, she asked us to shoot the lookbook for it! Well, duh! So honored!

It was so fun to meet up with her and play around in her living room in these outfits. (She even fed us cinnamon rolls, fruit, and these awesome little triangular spinach/feta pastries!)
We went through a lot of film (including one roll that didn't turn out... R.I.P.) but in the end, I think the results are all right. Here are some of my favorites. You can view the rest here and Lauren's post on it here.

*All photos of Amanda: by me; and vice versa!

I hope you're all enjoying your spring!

Easter [in way too many photos]

Amanda's dress: Vintage via Etsy.  My Dress: Thrifted in Wabash. Hemmed by Amanda.
A photo showing how badly our outfits clashed.

My dad and his girl friend are so awesome, seriously. They arranged an Easter egg scavenger hunt around Nashville. It started up in this look-out tower, where we could see the city they'd hidden clues throughout.

Each egg had a clue that lead us to the next.

"Mr. Carmack's view from the hill is good, but the boys within sight are bad-
sit on the boys, look at the wall,
you'll find your next clue there, so your search doesn't stall."
This was a favorite.
"...Roses!" A Singin' in the Rain reference! So many props, dad. So many.

Then we had a picnic!

These were my contributions, but my dad's girlfriend brought everything from rice balls and guacamole to chicken tenders. So many random and delicious things, as always.

 A day to be joyous!
I hope you had a lovely Easter, as well.
